Pair the scanner. Open the app. The strip across the middle shows every panel in the row: grey ones are already recorded and show the last 3 digits of their serial. If you are unsure where you are, scan any grey panel — the app tells you which one it is and how far you are from the target.
Export CSV at the end of every route, and again before the phone goes in a pocket.
